What is your return policy?
All sales are final. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Owner ( Shenine Wiggs) as soon as possible at email@example.com to discuss. It’s at the discretion of owner on a case by case bases. If it’s an error on our part then we will correct, or replace product to include paying return, shipping & handling fees. We do not accept worn, or smoke odor items if we choose to replace your order.
May I cancel my order?
We keep a small inventory in stock, but your design is not guaranteed to be in stock at time of ordering. We print 24 hours after order is received, and paid. So after 24 hours of your order, there is no CANCELLING. Your order is ready to print. We DO NOT issue refunds on orders that have shipped.
What is your location & shipping & return address?
We do not have a warehouse, but one day Lord’s willing.
